The scientific day that we are organizing aims to explore olfaction from the angle of human and social sciences. How do smells play a role in our lives? What uses, effects, thoughts, emotions, sublimations do they produce? How do they organize our lives? We wish to define and explore questions that smells raise with regard to our existence / our humanity.
